Technology Management
Overview:
The Office of Technology Managment's (OTM) mission is to protect Penn State intellectual property, identify its commercial potential, and stimulate economic development through the transfer of Penn State technologies to the marketplace. The Office of Technology Management also promotes Penn State technology by protecting, marketing, and licensing University inventions to companies for further development and commercialization. OTM is responsible for managing, protecting, and licensing the intellectual property of faculty, graduate students, and staff at all Penn State locations.
