Storage on Wasabi
Overview:
Wasabi provides S3-compatible, single-tier cloud storage focused on active, or "hot", data. They support features such as immutability, pay-as-you-go, reserved capacity, no egress or API charges, and "Cloud NAS". Penn State has completed a Master Customer Agreement with Wasabi and all Penn State users will work directly with Wasabi for account management, payment, and support.

All Penn State users will work directly with Wasabi for account management, payment, and support. Penn State users must use their Penn State contact information, including their Penn State e-mail address, when setting up an account with Wasabi. Eligibility:
Penn State Faculty and Staff. Note: All Penn State Wasabi customers will work directly with Wasabi for account management, payment, and support.
Information Security:
Follow the steps outlined in Penn State’s Incident Response Quick Guide if you suspect an information security incident may have occurred. Penn State users are only permitted to store Information Classification Level 1 and Level 2 data in Wasabi.
Costs:
Pay-as-you-go service is available for $6.99/TB/Month. Discounts are available for Reserved Capacity Storage. There is a minimum 1 TB allocation and associated monthly charge and a minimum three-month charge for any data stored. More details are available at Wasabi's Pay-Go Pricing Model FAQs page.
Support:
Basic support is provided with Wasabi allocations. Additional support options are available for purchase through Wasabi. All Penn State Wasabi users will work directly with Wasabi for account management, payment, and support.
